What Plains, Terrace and Mountains include, and where to change the subscription.
Plans are billed per organisation. Self-serve checkout starts a 14-day trial. Manage the subscription from Account or start from Pricing.
#Tiers
The three public tiers are Plains, Terrace and Mountains. Higher tiers raise usage limits (assistant turns, document storage, connected accounts) and unlock more of the model roster. Exact numbers are on the pricing page — that is the source of truth if this table and the live page ever disagree.

#Changing plan
Upgrade or downgrade from Account. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current period. Usage that exceeds the new tier is blocked until you are back under the limit or you upgrade again.
#Seats
Members of the organisation share the plan. Inviting someone does not create a second subscription; it consumes a seat on this one.
