What is included in the trial?
Fourteen days of the plan you pick, with a card on file. Cancel before the trial ends and you are not charged. You get that plan’s full monthly capacity on day one.
What does “about N email drafts a month” mean?
A draft is one agent turn — it reads context, often searches mail or memory, then writes. The number is an estimate at GLM 5.2 rates for a typical turn, not a hard cap. A lean reply uses less; a long thread with attachments uses more. Unused capacity does not roll over.
What happens if I hit the storage limit?
New uploads pause until you free space or move up a plan. Existing files stay put. Storage is per user, same as the price.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and downgrades at the end of the period, from Account → Billing.
Can I get a refund?
Cancel during the 14-day trial and you are not charged. After a paid period starts, unused time is not refunded, except for duplicate or erroneous charges. Refund and Dispute Policy.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes. Contact us and we will move your subscription to an annual price with the equivalent of two months free.
Where does my data live?
In your own workspace, isolated per organisation with row-level security. Chat is end-to-end encrypted to keys only you hold. Read the security model.
